• Pets are generally not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Service animals are welcome if required by a guest with a disability; guests must inform us and provide documentation or assurance if asked.
• Service animals must be under control and cared for by their owners at all times; the hotel does not supply pet needs.
• Unauthorised pets result in a cleaning fee and immediate removal of the pet.
• Exceptions:
• Emergencies may allow for temporary exceptions at management’s discretion.
• Service animals in training are permitted with a licensed trainer and proper documentation.
